The A/C in our room was not working, we went to reception and spoke with Oliviere who was absolutely fantastic. He moved us to another room with no issues and gave us 2 free drinks for the hassle of moving. We will be back next year A great team , very helpful and approachable

Great stay on the Sunborn Yacht the rooms are beautiful the bed is comfy. Only complaint was the noise coming from the top deck in the early hours of the morning sounded like chairs and tables were being dragged around. The breakfast is amazing

The Sunborn was very comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast. We swam in the pool and enjoyed the happy hours. We upgraded to the quiet side of the boat and were glad we did.

Great location , breakfast had a great selection. We also did the BBQ which was excellent very tasty food and excellent value. We were under the restaurant on deck 6 and unfortunately we were woke every morning between 06:15-06:10 with multi loud bangs , like something was coming through the ceiling.

I booked a twin room at cheapest end of their room rates and as expected at water line facing the moored side of dock with no real view but room itself very nice with good bathroom and kept clean but noisy and TV channels didn't all work took edge off experience a wee bit, breakfast was excellent every day and pool bar was pleasant, generally all staff encountered where friendly enough.

The yacht hotel is extremely impressive with a great location, the room was spacious clean and very well appointed. The breakfast was typical buffet and maybe not five star the swimming pool area was fairly cramped and not inviting the Pool is quite small and being on the top deck can be very windy. General the staff on the yacht were extremely helpful. Unfortunately the bar staff around the Pool were extremely slow I would definitely stay at the hotel again.

We had an amazing family weekend on board of Sunborn! Proper old school luxury with immaculate service, unquestionable cleanness, absolute comfort and beautiful and plentiful breakfast well worth getting up for. Can’t wait to go back.

Obviously being a 5 star hotel you'd expect a nice place, well this doesn't disappoint. I booked a parking space on advance and when I arrived, there was a member of staff waiting to help with bags. Getting there is a bit confusing at the minute because of local building work, so it's worth calling them for help. Unique in that it's a converted cruise liner which makes it fun. Breakfast is amazing, the guys at the pool bar were brilliant, and the food in the restaurants was outstanding.

This place is just beyond expectations. It has exceptional standards for facilities, room decor, staff service, breathtaking views. I have now visited twice and will sure be coming back again and again. Plenty of options for dining nearby too. Amazing !!
