「We booked an all-inclusive package. Upon check-in, we were informed that dinner reservations were required. We specifically asked which restaurant served seafood and lobster in the evening, only to find out later that all lobster dishes came with an additional charge. The breakfast was a buffet, but the variety was quite limited. The only commendable aspect was the staff’s friendly and professional service. Pool was clean and the sun beds comfy. Check out was also handled in a friendly, efficient way. Would definitely recommend. 」

「The room is clean. A terrace bar right outside my room. Quite convenient if you are lazy to walk out for drinks; you can just grab one at the bar. The noise doesn’t bother much coz the bar closes at 11pm. Good location, easy walks to the marina, shops, restaurants, bars, etc. The air-conditioner is noisy and filter needs to be cleaned though. Considering a hotel room on a budget, this is a very good choice.」

「The property is well maintained, and the views from the common areas framed by pillars and marble are gorgeous. The room was comfortable, clean and had a beautiful view of the beach. Could not hear the adjacent rooms when indoors. The restaurant Lena is fabulous - the Cuban night food was sensational - I wish it had been open every night. The other restaurant Vela had a charming atmosphere, but the food was average. Every member of staff interacted with were friendly, polite, and helpful.」
