"Very good location, nice staff, very small room you can hardly move, they didn’t let us in the restaurant because we had sandals and even after we explained that we are guests of the hotel for 6 nights and don’t have other shoes in the room they didn’t let us in. It was uncomfortable and insulting"

"The staff were VERY helpful. Massage chair is the selling point of this hotel. Although if inspected thoroughly, the vent is not well maintained and the room has a weird mildly sour smell upon entry. The toilet is not clean, there was a speck of something. Overall, not bad. I’d book again if I see the price lower compared to other hotels of the same standard as the location is very convenient, literally in front of Kyobashi station."

"Near train station, park, and variety of food places. Walkable to city stores and monuments. Hotel was neat and provided new towels, amenities, and robes everyday. Cost of stay was great price. Foreigner friendly."

Shinjuku Granbell Hotel

"Loved my stay at the Granbell. As a solo traveller this was exactly what I needed. It was close to public transportation and easy to get to from Narita by airport bus limousine. I loved the amenities and breakfast had so many options. Be warned the single rooms are a bit on the smaller side. I had to get creative storing my luggage."
