A warm welcome with a complimentary sake tasting for New Year’s morning. Very beautiful, modern, and clean. The only small drawback: there are only two small elevators to reach the reception. When a tour bus arrives, with only three people per elevator including luggage, it can take quite a long time to reach your floor.

Clean rooms, lots of amenities provided and helpful and friendly staff. We had a very pleasant stay. The area is a little on the quiet side - not so much to do, but it's nice to come back to somewhere which isn't so crazy and busy every night. It's very well connected to get to other parts of Tokyo.

Clean room with all the ammenities needed. Quite for a good nights sleep and good location for things nearby, however might be a little bit far out depending on what you're visiting so you spend a bit of time on the subway. The table in the room was also too big and woulve been good to fold away because it made the room feel a bit cramped. Otherwise comfortable enough.

A delightful stay in Tokyo

The room is exceedingly comfortable and clean to the end degree. Daily service of towels and bed straightening. Lovely amenities such as essential oil and bath salts in the lobby. Excellent breakfast buffet delicious coffee and very nice and accommodating restaurant. Hotel was very convenient to transportation And absolutely lovely to look at.

Excellent hotel. It was clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly specially Emery. There was a lot of bars and restaurants nearby. The Family Mart was just around the corner and a 24 hour grocery store across the street. Subway was 10-15 minutes walk. I would definitely stay there again.

Hotel was nice. Some markets and restaurants close by. Attempted to order food at Sessions (restaurant in the hotel) and bring back for my wife, but they wouldn't let me. Room was a bit small, but luckily I was able to upgrade. Close to the main street, so it can be noisy at night if you are easily woken up.

Absolutely loved the hotel, wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Tokyo, staff are lovely, convenient location and lots of convenient stores and supermarkets nearby as well as places to eat. Laundry service on site was easy to use and good value. Free water and microwave for all to use, nice free bath salts too! 10/10 would go again!

Nice hotel with a chilled vibe and the muted decor of a jazz bar. The reception always smells great from the essentials oils and dried flowers available to make your own bath salts. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. There is a artisan chocolate shop at the back of the hotel, which we got a piece of lovely complementary chocolate upon check in. Staff were all very polite and attentive. Breakfast selection were varied and food was delicious. The location is pretty convenient with a bus stop outside and about 10 mins walk to a couple of subway stations. Also has a supermarket across the road and some eateries. A good quieter stay away from the hustle of the city.
