「Overall a great experience. However, 2 of the coffee cups and one spoon in the room had been previously used and not thoroughly cleaned. There was lipstick on one coffee cup and coffee residue in the other. The spoon looked as if someone had licked it off and put it back in the drawer. Other than that the beds were amazing! We slept like rocks that night. The breakfast was great the next day though more fresh fruit options would be nice.」

「Our stay began okay. We checked in at 4 (which seems excessivlely late), and went to sleep around 10. At midnight the people next door turned on their TV, which could be heard through the wall. There were also people talking and laughing in the hallway. We had 2 options: confront an unknown number of people, or call the front desk. In hindsight, we should have called the front desk. We were told at checkout the hotel has a noise policy, but it was not posted anywhere that we could see. ...
