「It’s a nice and clean place,breakfast is good too.」

「My room was small, quant and presented well. The stairwell and exit door foot traffic and the road traffic created some noise which lowered after 10pm. No big deal. I bumped the mirror by the door and it fell off the wall. I mentioned it upon check out. Small patch of carpet is missing by the bed, forgot to mention that to staff. Suggestion: a spray bottle of cleaner for the exercise room to wipe down equipment after a workout would be useful. Great staff!! 」

「Ashley was at check in and was very quick and efficient when we arrived very late. Ashley was very chatty and friendly in the morning when we checked out. She had all the breakfast items out and fresh hot coffee ready..!! Ashley deserves a 5 star of her own. 」

「They cancelled my reservation without noticing me. I still have my reservation on my Expedia app but the officer just cancelled my reservation just because I came the hotel after 3am. It’s unreasonable.」
