「Breakfast was typical hotel buffet with poor nutritional choices ( cold cereal, biscuits or cake muffins, waffles, tiny flavored yogurt cups) with scrambled eggs and sausage patties.」

「We always have a good stay here. We appreciate the kitchenette in the rooms. Don't expect more than basic coffee in the breakfast room though. This time the room carpet needed a deep clean or replacement.」

「First of all, the ambiance is great for its price. The breakfast is decent, though there aren’t many options. As for the amenities, the pool was not very inviting—it looked like the flooring had old moss, which made it unappealing to use. Regarding the service, I understand it was a weekend and requests may take longer. However, we stayed for two nights, and before heading out, I requested that the bed be made and the towels be replaced, but this was never done.」

「The room was clean. The elevator was not. Breakfast was so so. Egg type omelet wasn't the greatest. Sausage over tasteless. Good English muffin. Coffee was good. The wood trim in the bathroom could be replaced. The bathtub could use a safety mat as it was slippery when the soap in the dispenser was used. Good location. Quiet room/hallways and efficient heating system.」

「Jacob and Richard and Ed were the only staff that were friendly and courteous. Our check-in was horrific. Upon checking in we were told that one of our rooms was not available as housekeeping left without cleaning it, it was 3:30pn. We called the day before to inquire about pool and hot tub as there were issues in past. We were assured they were operating. Hot tub was broken entire stay and pool was open for a half day only then closed sign was put up. We were told we would be contacted...
