「I was expecting to hear from the leadership team by now regarding the issues that came up with the condition of my room but sadly I have not. As a result I would not recommend you book here. I stayed on a fully booked night in a room that had mold/mildew issues, a broken jacuzzi tub, and more. The staff were not helpful & rude in spite of my attempts to politely discuss the issues. I travel for business & will not return here based on my experience.」

「We were there for a family reunion and had 7 rooms booked. The owners were amazing at planning our rooms close together! They were so easy to talk to and quick to help with anything we needed. They are friendly, polite and in general, amazing! The building was very clean! Breakfast was a "grab and go" setting but we didnt go hungry, good breakfast options, fruits, cereal, toast, breakfast sandwiches, yogurts, cheese strings and fresh donuts!
