"My room door was open when i got to it. I called to the front desk and was told that the housekeeping staff probably left it open when they finished cleaning it. The room door did not lock properly. The volume on the tv would not turn down and the remote did not work for the tv. When I reported it to the front desk, no action or suggestion was made. I wish they would have switched me to another room. "

"Our stay was okay but was disappointed that one of our rooms was not completely clean and not ready to enter for our stay. Staff was good and the breakfast was okay but the hotel needs to separate the non smoking and smoking guests rooms. We book two rooms but part of the amenities didn't work. The hotel needs to majorly upgrade for future guests "

"Room were not well kept. Very loud and the whole second floor smelled of marijuana. Breakfast was minimal options and taken over by a group that seemed to be staying long-term at the hotel. Would not recommend staying here."

"Room 221, 2 queens beds. We checked in around 11:30pm and were greeted by very friendly staff. The small parking lot behind the hotel was full, but they provided free, ample parking right across the street. The area felt incredibly safe. Our room was clean, cold and comfortable:) the hotel is a little older but it's well maintained. The only thing I saw that needed attention was the ceiling in the bathroom. It looked like water damage, but this did not interfere with our stay at all. The free breakfast was delicious: pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, grits, yogurt, OJ, coffee etc...If our daughter decides to attend NSU we will definitely stay again."
