Then our heater was making all types of weird noises so I went downstairs to complain and they made me they switched me to another room coming to find out the room that I was in originally was under a reconstruction and he had no business being booked anyway the staff was very friendly. They gave me six or seven free vouchers so I got a lot of free snacks and after that, it was OK visit. 」
