「Great room, awesome breakfast, kind service」

「The hotel is renovated, large and very clean and neat. The staffs are friendly and energetic. There is an elevator in the hotel, and it is very helpful for me. It offers many kinds of food for breakfast and it is delicious. The location is near to most of sites and Christmas markets, only 10-15 minutes walk from the DB train station. I would like to make a suggestion that is to change the kettle, because it usually smells strange when the water is boiled, maybe it can't endure the heat anymore....

I can book two more days after stayed in hotel and be arranged at the same room even I through hotels.com to booked ! Staff are bravo whoever front desk or housekeeping, seemed I am at home! You have to try this hotel when you stay in Offenburg !」
