「We LOVE the Omni but things ting that keeps us coming back is Prado. The atmosphere is so lovely, the food is amazing, but the service is off the charts! We’ve never had a bad meal, not once, in all our years of going. Keep up the good work Omni team. 」

「Had to wait at the front desk to check in because the young man in charge was on the phone with a customer with a billing issue. Clearly he was not trained in how to prioritize the front desk and no management to help him out. The hotel was good, but the service, including shuttle was not. 4 of us were signed up for 4 am trip to the airport, and 12 people were waiting at 4. The communication about the shuttle process was poor and managed the front desk.」

「I really liked the friendliness of the reception staff. Melinda helped me and was super sweet. The gentleman(forgot his name) helped with getting my bags to the room. Not having a microwave in the room is inconvenient enough but they did not have one in the hotel for guest use and I felt that is ridiculous in 2024.」

「Well laid out suite - kitchen had good space with new appliances. Bed a bit uncomfortable and horrible pillows…all else was fine. Front desk people super nice and helpful. Well stocked mini food court. Great convenient area for shopping, eating, movie going!」
