"The room was very good, clean and had a modern feel. The only thing I didn't like was that the beds had small wheels. The hotel is conveniently located next to Terminal 1 of MEX airport and the terminal can be reached via a pedestrian bridge."

"Room was great , hotel was upkept and nice , drinks were fantastic , the santa fe offers a kids club program where they will make certain crafts each day for a few hours , drop off is 9 am to 11 am and again at 3 to 5 , gives the parents a break while the kids also get to play with others their age and make new cabo friends ! My 6 year old barely wanted to hang out with us lol , they have a great adult waterslide park but watch out for the bowl style slide as itll deatroy your back lol , ignore what others have said about theft , this is an honest resort with amazing senioritas and seniors, outstanding customer service. Helpful staff and the entertainment staff is incredible and will get you moving especially the main event host who organizes the dances by the pool and hosts the stage , INCREDIBLE ENERGY from that guy. Were so excited to come back "

"The common areas are kept very neat and clean. The staff is super friendly. This was also a very kid-friendly option. They had shows for kids and adults to enjoy every night. There were several animals to look at as well. The pools were kept very clean and also had family activities to enjoy. We also loved that they played music at the pools and beach. "

"Mindblown at the entire Xcaret property, hotel and parks. Was nervous about the cost but we left wishing we stayed longer. The hotel property is massive with so much to do and so many food choices. The room was clean and simple but with a wonderful view along with double hammocks and stoked snacks. Check in was simple and fast but do think something was missed along the way as we felt unprepared to tackle the enormous property with a lack of information at first from how to reserve restaurants to where the shuttles for the parks arrive. All reservation restaurants were also booked up for days in advance (our entire stay). However, none of the above was a deal breaker and we quickly got the flow with the interactive map on the app (very much needed) Overall highly recommend, just be prepared for a ton of walking and a slightly overwhelming amount of amenities and trying to find everything at first. "

"The staff were amazing! Great atmosphere and a bit more casual, relaxed vibe than other places we've stayed. Food was great as well and the addition of the Cafe and the Grab and Go were super convenient "
