"Room bedsheets were dirty and old and ran down. Wish they had better entertainment in the theater versus always having to go to the Rio party. Rooms are definitely outdated. Staff is excellent very helpful .Everybody was really nice overall I think I’d try them again once they do the renovations hoping things are better."

"We had a great time at Temptation from start to finish, the shuttle to and from the hotel was on time and the drivers were very friendly, the hotel in general was very clean, food was excellent, the drinks were really good, the service from everyone there is just incredible, everyone is always willing and ready to help with any requests you may have. We also liked the fact that the people selling the memberships for the hotel were not very pushy (at least to us). We would like to mention a few people that made our vacation extra special: Mitchell (Concierge/ membership sales advisor), Leo (breakfast waiter), Aldo (Steak House' waiter), All the entertainment team, (they are just the best), especial thanks to Deli (Entertainment Team) who, every day took her time to come and talk to us (Los Colombianos). "
