"Upon my arrival at the premises, I encountered a situation at the entrance where I was managing two luggage bags, and access required an access card. Despite my visible struggle, two reception staff members observed me without offering assistance. Furthermore, I was unexpectedly informed about a security deposit requirement, which had not been previously communicated. If paying with a debit card, the requested amount was $300, which I found to be excessive. Subsequently, I was assigned a room located at a considerable distance, where the Wi-Fi signal was consistently unavailable. The staff member's demeanor suggested an attempt to downplay these issues, though her intentions were discernible. I cannot recommend this establishment. Additionally, I have yet to receive my security deposit, despite more than a week having passed."
