The hotel staff were very friendly and courteous and everything was clean, but our stay was marred by excessive noise, even though were were put in the "quiet wing" of the hotel away from the sports teams. The pool area was unbearably noisy (again, unsupervised sports team), and a strange, uneven, lumpy floor in our room. The on-site restaurant was convenient with good food, but expensive. The room was larger than usual, with an open floor space which was welcome, even if I nearly tripped a few times trying to walk on its uneven structure (concrete covered in thin carpet? Ground floor).
