"This was a great place to stay before we got into the house the next day.... centrally located to everything convenient and beds were super comfy! Would stay here again for sure! "

"We booked one room with four beds but were given two adjoining roooms. But they only give you a key to one side. Once a door is closed to an adjoining room then we get locked out of it. My baby closed the door and was trapped in a room by myself. Front desk was too slammed to help so we had to track down houseold ng to get my baby. The shower was cidn wwith no water pressure. The TV didntork. The lock was ripped off the door so we can't deadbolt one side of the room. And that's just the room and not mentioning all the issues at the pool yesterday. "

"The place was trash, no hot water, locked lobby during open hours, cockroaches in room"

"The space is great for families and the beds were comfortable. The screened porch was an added bonus. Our only concerns were other guests. There was an incident while several children were in the pool between two women who were screaming at one another, cursing profusely, and accusing each other of doing drugs in the pool bathroom facility. The quiet hours later that night were definitely not enforced by security, and we were kept up most of the night by loud guests in common area."

"Don’t let the pictures fool you. They are much cleaner than the hotel actually is. While the room smelled clean, it is run down and in need of updates and fix ups. My bathroom had a palmetto bug in the toilet that someone obviously tried to flush. The toilet would not flush at all. I saw a roach run across the dresser, so I did not leave my bag open and did not leave anything out. The sliding shades left a gap at the end so you could still see into the room from outside. The parking lot had lots of homeless people hanging out on the side of the hotel at the entrance. When we returned from getting food, the police had one of the entrances closed off. A pro is that the hotel is close to food and the arena. They say you get what you pay for. I still think we paid too much."

"The room was not equipped w/ any utensils or dishes at all. The saving grace that made the stay somewhat decent were the front end people running the show. Besides that the property is in rough shape and the room had holes on the walls, cracking on the furniture, and they even left me a half used bottle of shampoo. The ice machine on the floor we stayed at did not work, let alone the ice bucket had no plastic liner available and to top it off, there was mold growing in there. This property has a lot of potential and is safe and quiet at night."
