"I had booked the Family Evolution Room, but when I should up they stuck me in room much smaller & was not the room I paid for. the hotel is defiantly showing its age. we were on the 3rd floor & the 3rd floor ice machine was out of order. so we needed ice we had to go down a floor which didnt matter b/c there was no ice bucket in the room anyways. the pool & hot tub were okay for as old as the hotel is & for not being maintained very well."

"It had taken me an hour to get to my room and settled in due to the inconvenience of finding the room number. They are numbers written with a marker on the doors, which you can’t see at night. The most horrible part is, when I walked into my room, there was a big roach that was still alive although someone had stepped on it prior to me entering my room. They didn’t even try to clean it up prior to me checking in. A roach also crawled on my baby and I while in bed. I didn’t sleep well, so I asked for an additional hour to allow my self time to check out, and I was charged an additional $10 just to move my checkout to noon. There was no complimentary breakfast like they advertised. I can go on and on, but my experience was just horrible overall. "
