"We were attending a concert in the venue so we decided to spend the night. Everything was amazing from easy check-in, to a spacious, clean room, a wonderful supper in the restaurant,to a great concert in the venue… five star on all"

"Pretty and has decent noise control from the hallway. No lotion in the bottle, was over the gym and could hear people working out starting around 6:30am, and the mattress is traditional spring which nowadays feels cheap when the world has moved on to memory foam."

"Though the kids loved the pool, the room was disgusting. Which is probably the best description. All our towels had massive brown marks ( we called down multiple times, no one ever brought new ones) we had zero hot water and was told to just wait it out. Our fridge died which we were told sometimes that happens and all my breast milk for my baby went bad, and to top it off we were told a crib in our room was a fire hazard and denied until i spoke and pleaded with management. Staff was rude, incoherent and ignorant, i will never recommend this hotel and we will never be back. "
