「The location is excellent and within walking distance of downtown, which made it very convenient. However, my experience with the front desk staff was disappointing. They were not friendly or approachable, and the level of customer service did not meet the standard of hospitality I expected. Improving the professionalism and warmth of the front desk team would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.」

「Nice place to stay in Moncton, walkable to dining, which is nice when you’re on a roadtrip. Only issue we had was some lights not working so we rearranged the little kitchen table. I would note to the owners that it’s nice the instructions are online; however when the internet goes off ( not sure why it happened but it did) there should be a binder with info as a backup.」

「The apartment was large and clean. The beds were comfortable and the location was convenient. There are only windows at the front and back so it can be dark. The walls are thin so noise can be an issue. All in all a good stay.」

「The property was a a very old house in a poorer area. The bed was only a double. The worst was the fact that there was no heat. There was mold in the bathroom.」

「It was wonderful! I always stay here. The tv was out but luckily I didn’t need it as we entered rained each other but I was disappointed at first. Breakfast is almost always delicious, sometimes the apple juice is a bit funky」
