「Our favourite hotel to stay in Moncton love how central it is. Feel when we pay the park price I understand hotel was full but they should throw in the parking.」

C’est davantage un concept de type Airbnb qu’un hôtel traditionnel, mais nous n’avions pas été informés qu’un code était nécessaire pour entrer. Nous n’avions également reçu aucune information concernant l’heure d’arrivée ou la procédure d’accès. Comme nous n’avions pas de service à notre arrivée, cela a rendu la situation encore...

「Hands down to the breakfast ladies — they were wonderful! Thank you for the great breakfasts every morning. Unfortunately, our experience with the pool was not as positive. On our first night, my youngest child discovered and picked up feces from the bottom of the pool after the kids had been swimming for about an hour. We immediately notified staff, and to their credit, they closed the pool right away. However, several hours later the pool reopened, and the pool area remained messy for the rest...

「I got "upgraded" from a room with one king bed to a room with two queen beds - I was alone. The doors were filthy and the whole place reeked like it was never cleaned. I had to leave and did not stay a single night because it was so bad.」

「The property was a a very old house in a poorer area. The bed was only a double. The worst was the fact that there was no heat. There was mold in the bathroom.」

「Enjoyed our three night stay. Helpful friendly staff, clean room and bathroom and breakfast choices were plentiful. Appreciated being able to park right outside our ground floor room with a door that opened to the outside. Made it easy to take luggage inside. Only disappointment was being told there were no laundry facilities as stated on the list of amenities. It was one reason why we chose the hotel given we were on a three week visit to the Maritime provinces.」
