「The parking was easy outside after 6pm and we were gone by 9am so the restrictions were not an issue. Breakfast was great and the room was very well presented and clean. We have stayed in St Anne’s at the hotel many times and always found the team to be very helpful. Would recommend to anyone.」

「The girl on check in is excellent. Told us everything we needed to know, including best way into town and to the football ground. Checked us in at 2pm on the dot, entered the car into machine and we were good to stay oarked there until 23:59 on day of check out at no charge. 10 minutes walk from town. Easy to find and easy to park. Huge bed. A bath tub. Everything you need. Plus the breakfast is gluten free, with fresh made g/f toast. Best hotel in Preston for the money.」

「Best spa we have ever stayed at. The service was absolutely excellent, Fromm all of the staff at the hotel reception, spa and restaurant. Our room was beautiful, very spacious. The only minor comments we have, there was no body wash in our room, and no tap on the bath, had to fill bath with the shower head! Neither detracted from our stay, we can’t wait to visit again. 」

Obviously not all was perfect, signs of wear etc, but nothing that you wouldn't find in any establishment. 100% will stay again. Brilliant, sets a standard all should adhere too. 「I have a very pleasant stay for four nights. Easy access, free parking outside the property. The room is spacious and very clean. Staff are very responsive and care about my need and queries. I didn’t use the kitchen much but seems it is big and get the utensils for cooking. I would recommend people to stay there.」
