「Staff were particularly helpful and pleasant not to mention very efficient. Abi was the very best example of a staff member who did everything to ake our short stay enjoyable.
The shower in room 11 needs attention as does the loose toilet seat, otherwise impeccable.」
「This is a good hotel built at a Services Area suitable for breaks in between journeys. Staying in for one night is nit a bad idea except that its location is not that easy to find.」
「We picked this hotel due to location on our way up to Scotland. Just off the M6, this hotel is tucked away without any noise from the motorway traffic.
The staff were really friendly and helpful, rooms were super clean and well equipped and the bonus was being able to use the spa and pool and gym facilities during our one night stay.

「The property is very nice, clean and tidy that makes 100% the same as the pictures. It has all needed utensils and crockery so making dinner after a day. There is also a charcoal BBQ but we did not use. The host couples are very helpful. When we accidently turned off the boiler, they came and checked on us almost immediately.
The location and check-in is so simple and hassle-free. There are few house types that we found out and so good to visit again with extended family.
