「房間環境不錯空間大但是隔音不好，預定兩間房有點距離不方便，泳池餐點非常好，午餐餐點也非常有水準，但是以宿霧的物價是貴了點，整體表現非常好，廚房設備完善可惜只住一天！」

「What I like about 101 condo is they are very helpful and clean. communication with the host needs to improve a little bit. It took us a while before they saw our reservation, idk why? Oh another thing their electric stove is not working so we have a hard time cooking. But overall they are good,safe and clean.. 」

「Excellent value for the money. I like the spacious room and the ability to cook in the kitchen will a full size refrigerator and microwave. I also liked the late model big screen smart TV. I will return to this property on my next trip to Cebu City. 」

「I had a good stay until the last day of my trip when I had a package delivered and front desk staff were very off about the package information. Please do better, was so humiliated in the front desk asking for my package and the staff responded with ‘No package under your name came’ repeatedly with guests all around watching. All for my package to actually be stored somewhere else not in the front desk. But the room was nice and clean, quiet spot for a stay away from the chaotic city. But WiFi...

「I love it there. Easy access and across the SM mall. The view at night was amazing and facilities was good too. I stayed in a condo so I only ask question at front desk but nothing I need to address any concern during my stay. It's affordable too and so accessible. We enjoyed the pool and we want to stay there again. 」

「Property is okay. Great value for what I paid for it. Tis the only 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom hotel on Expedia in Cebu City, but cost less than most 1 bedrooms. Accomdated 4 people including myself, and paid a 1 guest rate for 4 guest. So value is unbeatable. However, communication is horrible. Who ever was left in charge of this unit, doesn't reply immediately. Some of my messages, took a week to get a reply. Check-in was painful. I wasn't informed which tower or what room # was until 3 minutes...

「Everything was good, except for the noisy neighbor, and no hot water. Also it would have been nice if a microwave oven was there. One other thing, I thought it was a one bedroom condo, when in actuality it was a studio. Aside from everthing, it was a good place.」
