Great hotel to stay in while in Cebu City. Staff were super friendly and attentive, room was large and having the kitchen and lounge area made it feel like we were staying in a home, not a hotel. Location was great and central to restuarants, the local mall and street food market.

The location was convenient to IT Park, a large mall and a local night food market. The front desk staff were very polite and helpful, even allowed me to leave my larger luggage over three days after checkout to visit another city and return. The room was large and clean, would definitely recommend this serviced apartment.

Found some long hairs on the floor near kitchen area. Also during check in process they show you a list to follow and not damage or stain anything otherwise you will be on the hook for it. Not really an issue with that but it stated also about segrating your own trash/recyclables in the two small trash cans which were not labeled by the way otherwise they would fine you for it. Last but not least the nominal deposit which i had to hand over during check in. Other than that everything else was ok.

Not only the room was so clean, the shower has a hot water too and its got a gym, a pool and I love that it also has a safe in the room. Most importantly, the staff were also welcoming and attentive. The hotel is convenient and walkable to 7-11, Sugbo Mercado, Ayala Mall and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Considering it’s like 1 minute from the IT park, there’s always people whether tourists or workers walking around and the area is pretty well lit. This was my first time traveling solo, as a woman I was skeptical at first but surprisingly I didn’t feel like it wasn’t safe walking around by myself at night. Hence, I would rate the hotel more than 5 stars if I could for the hospitality, cleanliness, amenities and location. And I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back to stay here again in a few months. **I must suggest though to maybe have a full body mirror in the room for vertically challenged people lol the vanity mirror in the bathroom is too high for me to see my whole outfit and I had to stand on a chair.**
