It was a loft. The air conditioning was hard to do because there was only 1 working remote for the upstairs and downstairs unit. The view was beautiful. The property was not ready for us probably because of our late check in. Me and my family enjoyed it there.

Total scam - arrived with family was turned away

We booked this reservation through hotels.com paid for the room had an itinerary number etc. showed up at the property and they had no record of the booking or communication from the Loft - beware

Convenient location close to the night markets and restaurants. There is a market inside the building to buy basic supplies. Room had plenty of space for a family of 4. Jolibee and McDonalds is next door. Salon and spa and karaoke are on site. Good price for the room size and convenience. Could have use more pillows and sheets.

Room good for 1 person who’s weight is very light

We originally we had a bigger room but they changed to a very small room like a size of a small rv and there is three of us. The window was open when we arrive there where my son was playing on the bed but lucky we seen it was open while he was playing and the water heater did not work and the chairs were very fragile one was broken when we arrive there so I weight 230 pounds so no place for me to sit coz I never sit in those chairs

Property is decent. The water on the 1st floor is slow. Not enough lighting... this property is not host properly. If you have problems or questions, you're on your own. We were charged 2,000 pesos for overnight parking contrary to what's advertised. If communication is your priority then this is not the place for you.

The "Luxury Condo" was not luxurious at all. It was filthy, infested with roaches, smelled like a dumpster in the hallway, the wall lamps were dangling, shower door falling off, and it was... terrible. After 3 months I finally got a refund. What a disappointment and problem getting a refund.

Good location but very unorganised managment

Although I didn't really check in early, 9 pm, the place still was not ready. The front office didn't find any reservation at all, then after a long search he asked for help.. they both still couldn't find it so they called someone and was told to get me to wait until someone comes with the keys.. so 15 minutes later, someone did come with the keys so we could start on the checking procedures... i made it to my place finally, but the bed was not set... they told me to wait a little... 10 minutes later, someone came in with the sheets and the towels.. In the morning i noticed that the condo has no ocean view as the advertisement says, and that the people who got me to the condo, didn't leave me a key to the condo.... The keys arrived later and nothing about getting a condo without the view.. next day i was told the original condo is getting fixed.. The location was great, the bed nit so comfy and the pillows were in a bad shape.

Small 1cm Cockroaches running around kitchen & bathroom. about 6 of them. Having difficulty getting hot water for shower, only my son got hot water, then no more... The room is rather nice and my kids enjoy the stay.

I enjoyed the large amount of space provided by the lost and it's central location in Cebu City. There was no phone in the loft. The plumbing had some serious issues. Toilets often would not work and would flood the bathrooms. The place smelled very bad like old mold. Air conditioning unit on the 1st level of the loft smelled very bad when you turned it on. And there were roaches.
