The staff was great. I couldn’t have been happier. The apartment was huge for the price. Located just a short walk from the Business Park Ayala Mall. For someone from the U.S., the kitchen was sparse in terms of cooking your own food with only an electronic two burner stove top, but that seems pretty standard for the area. Otherwise, everything was great.

Excellent value for the money. I like the spacious room and the ability to cook in the kitchen will a full size refrigerator and microwave. I also liked the late model big screen smart TV. I will return to this property on my next trip to Cebu City.

Family Stay

The listing was a little unclear but it was a two room suite. The second room had a twin size bed. It was perfect for my partner and I, traveling with my mother. The security team was great with us and helped in an emergency we had to get us to the hospital and took very good care of us over the following days going back and forth to the hospital. I'm so glad we had my mom in the same suite with us when the emergency happened.

I checked in after office hours and did not receive the room I expected. But the next morning I addressed my concerns to the staff and with the approval of the owner I was able to view 2 other room options and pick my choice from the 2 available units. After that my remaining 10 days were very pleasant. The staff and the owner are very nice and accommodating. These units are perfect for long stays because of the compete kitchen and extra bedroom and bathroom. I will stay there again on my next trip to Cebu.

Es wurde ein Hotelzimmer mit Küche für 2Erwachsene und 2 Kinder gebucht. Leider war die gesamte ausstattung nur für 2 Personen. Gegen einen Aufpreis von 13€ pro Nacht bekamen wir eine Matratze für Kinder gebracht, nach nochmaliger Nachfrage kam Bettwäsche. Aber die Küche war ausgestattet mit 2x Gabel, 2xMesser, 2xGlas und 2xTeller. Die Klimaanlage war 30cm über dem Fußboden und 50cm vom Bett entfernt. Somit nicht der Brüller .
