"Beautiful hotel in a great location with ocean views. The property was spotless and had a really relaxing atmosphere. The staff were amazing—friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely visit again if I have the opportunity!"

"Booked because of free shuttle for airport/ferry. No driver at ferry when I got there, called the property, a driver was there about 10 minutes later. Could have been hung up with traffic but there was no communication as to why he wasn’t there. Room wasn’t ready until 3:10, no shower pressure, patio door would not shut all the way and could not be locked. Place is good otherwise, but the food and drinks were overpriced. Spent my time next door at banarama for good cheap drinks and food. "

"We had a "garden room" which means no ocean view. Nice patio but looking at another building. There is a Pool and swim up bar. Pool is designed for kids and there were a lot of them! Only 5 lounge chairs that were never available. Servers were very polite and helpful. "
