「This was a fabulous place to stay. The staff are super friendly and attentive if you need anything they will arrange it for you. Only drawback is that the promonade does not let Uber come in so you either have to walk however call the front desk and they will send a golf cart for you」

「Great location! Nicely decorated, very clean. Very helpful with Assistance with transportation to the airport.」

「Great location! I was on the 4th floor with no lift but they helped carry everything! Cute tiny little terrace in our room and nice shared terrace on 2 floors! Staff was excellent!! Downfall; bad smell in my room like sauerkraut! Staff acknowledged it and made it better. I booked this room for the AC but the buttons were taped over and there was plastic placed over the vents so I couldn’t use it! I will ask for compensation for this!」

「The staff were helpful. Newly renovated rooms.we were lucky to get an Upgrade and had the most amazing view. Buffet breakfast good selection of food. Coffee poor. Swimming pool area so over crowded. Most chairs were taken by 8.30am Steep walk down to the ‘beach’ - no sand just rocks. Once again, most chairs were taken by around 9am. We had a very disappointing meal at the hotel steak restaurant. Overall I would give this hotel 6/10.」

「乾淨整潔，設施完善，服務人員友善。」

「Fantastic stay」

「View was incredible, location was perfect. Rooms were a bit small, and some of the staff were not too helpful / friendly given the price paid.」

「We wish we stayed here longer, this place was unreal and the service was impeccable.」

「During my recent stay at Rixos Dubrovnik, I booked the top-tier Spa Suite, expecting a genuine five-star experience. Unfortunately, nearly every interaction fell short: examples: - At checkout, I waited over 25 minutes for a bellboy despite multiple reminders until our butler stepped in and we nearly missed our flight - At breakfast, a manager passed a simple coffee request to a trainee, and only after multiple repeats did the butler fix it. - A pre-booked dinner request at their restaurant...

「You can't ask for a better location on the water. Nice grounds, pools and restaurants within steps of the entrance. Our only regret is only staying one night. We will definitely be back.」

「The two lady receptionists were helpful and good Waiters at breAkfast were cold. Male receptionist seemed cunning 」

「The room is clean and cozy. Perfect for us (2 adults 2 kids). The location is quite good too. Few minutes taxi to old town. The only complain I had was that the water is too slow. 」
