「If you have luggage, this is a terrible place to stay. You have to climb up from 75 to 112 stairs to get to your room depending on your floor number. If you suffer from knee or back problems, if you have a couple of suitcases… this is not a place to stay. When you ask for help, help is not available. I had to drop my reservation and look for a place with elevators or at least that will offer help with luggage. Also to know that cars or taxis cannot access into the street so they...

Perfect location: v close to airport, easy walk down to the seafront.. our ten and seven year old were fine with the hill, little shop three mins away that is open till late even on a Sunday. Lovely view, pool, hot tub, tortoises (!), charming cat (!), sauna, coffee machine, nice seating by the pool.. just perfect. 「The hotel is about 25km from old town. We didn’t have a car but you are able to take the local bus or a boat to get there. Bus stop is 7mins away, a grocery store is 5 minutes away but if you go down by the water there is another local grocery store. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator but the pool was a nice feature for the kids.」
