The room was impeccably clean, modern and accommodating. The staff was very friendly and helpful and resolved an air conditioner problem that caused them not to operate. The view from our room was stunning (room 3), but by being on the 2nd floor we had to carry our luggage one more flight of stairs. The only downside was there is no elevator and you have to wrestle with luggage. Pack as light as possible.

Very clean property & great location. Excellent modern finishes. Better communication with the host is necessary as it is self check in & no hotel staff, so instructions about checking in need to be provided clearly.

JMJ+ ✝️ If you're looking for the perfect place to stay, look no further! This hotel exceeded every expectation. It was spotlessly clean, centrally located, and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. The staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Every detail reflected pride in hospitality. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend it without hesitation. Seriously...it doesn't get any better than this! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

If you have luggage, this is a terrible place to stay. You have to climb up from 75 to 112 stairs to get to your room depending on your floor number. If you suffer from knee or back problems, if you have a couple of suitcases… this is not a place to stay. When you ask for help, help is not available. I had to drop my reservation and look for a place with elevators or at least that will offer help with luggage. Also to know that cars or taxis cannot access into the street so they leave you 3 blocks away. Also being inconvenient to pull your suitcases for 3 blocks.

Beautiful view from the balcony. Clean and modern apartment in a great location, (although there are steep steps to the building and internal stairs with no lift so would be no good for someone with mobility issues). There was very little communication with the owners/management of the apartment and the reception desk was not manned. We would have really appreciated a welcome pack/information about the apartment; appliances, guest services etc. Overall, we had a wonderful stay in Cavtat and the apartment provided a great base for us to explore the area.

O lugar è lindo, apartamento excelente, vista maravilhosa. Com certeza me hospedaria novamente.

Beautiful suite steps from the promenade with easy access to restaurants and water taxis. Great lication to explore and enjoy as a solo traveler or with family or friends. We only stayed one night because of proximity to the airport, but this area is a destination in and of itself.
