「非常舒適，輕鬆自在，因為不是在市中心，適合自駕遊！」

「Great location! Host is fantastic and very helpful! If you are driving, I highly recommend you use the recommended valet service!」

「Todo muy limpio y súper amable」

「The unit is beautiful and we loved the location right on Piazza del Campo with a stunning view of the bell tower. Convenient for dining, sightseeing and exploring. Caterina was extremely communicative and made check-in very easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Palazzo Lenzi!」

「The pictures weren’t clear , we thought we had the other room with the patio. But we still had a great time and everything went well.」

「Overall the stay was good, but there were some issues. I paid for a specific blow dryer for the trip and they told me last minute it was given to another customer. Also, the air conditioning temperature is locked and the apartment did not cool down so it was very uncomfortable sleeping. Lastly, the shower is so small you can barely move in it. I wouldn’t stay here again, but it was decent and the host communicated quickly.」
