Nice stay away from the crowds.

We spent 5 days at the ApartHotel. Nice sized room kitchenette. The gentleman and Gabriella at the front desk were very helpful and pleasant taking care of us. It is 15 minutes from train station by taxi or bus. Bus 54 runs once an hour to central city.

Very nice place to stay if you want to visit Siena. Short walk or a 3 minute drive to the Siena parking. The staff was very help-full and friendly. Saverio gave some nice tips to visit. The apartment was clean and fully utilised.

Its an apartment suited for 4 adults, it has one bedroom and a sofa couch, its clean, easy to get to, has parking on site, there is has a small reception but if you arrive late you can get an access code like we did to get in, the only problem we had its that it has no air conditioning and on summer time it can get pretty hot at night

Covenient Location just outside the city, good parking, washer & dryer availability was good (eventhough expensive 7 euros for washing 7 euros for drying !!) Not posible to checking between 1 and 3 pm due to “pausa pranzo”. Double Sofa bed was terrible, impossible to sleep on.

Hotel is close to Siena and the check-in person (Gabriela) was very friendly and helpful. Room is spacious, functional with easy parking in front of the building and just a 3 minute drive to garage in Siena old-town so very convenient to visit this beautiful city. Excellent value for the money.

Fantastic, knowledgeable host. The opportunity to do laundry. Only 6-8inutes drive to the centre. Clean, comfy rooms. Didn't like having to dispose of our own rubbish across the road and the laundry prices were very steep at 7 euro for a wash and 7 for a dry. Other than this perfect! The Indian next door was beautiful!

Loved it

Very nice place to stay. Came with my family of 4 adults. Loved the location of the hotel. Room was large and accommodating. Hotel has laundry machine one can pay to use and free coffee. On site parking was a bonus. 7 min ride to Siena. Very hospitable staff and friendly. Highly recommend

The postive is checkin experiene is easy as the receptionist is very nice. She communicated well. The negative is the room are not insulated. You can hear other rooms closing their doors and kids running in the hallway.

Modern, clean, great staff, easy parking & safe.

This leg of our 2.5wk trip was greatly disrupted by a bazaar accident we had on the autostrada, just minutes before arriving at the hotel. It was too early for checking, but we had planned to drop off the bags. We just happened to catch Valentina before she left for a couple of hours, & she was so sweet & sympathetic. We were rattled by what had happened, & she went out of her way to comfort us. She helped us connect our phones to the Wifi & offered us refreshments while we waited for housekeeping to prepare our room (early, due to the circumstances). She later made multiple phone calls on our behalf, trying to connect us with local police, towing services, rental car agency, etc. Due to recent storms & short staffing, no one was responding, & Valentina (& her colleague, Giana?) tried so hard to comfort & help us. We are most grateful. As for the hotel, it's clean, modern & well-appointed. Light & bright apartment that is just adjacent to the busline into the old town (get tickets at the cafe or Tobacci). My only complaint (constructive criticism) is the living room area: We had a daybed instead of sofa, which was very uncomfortable, & there was no coffee table or end tables on which to set a drink. There was only a single light over the dining area, so at night it was unpleasantly dark. The simple addition of a side chair, an accent table & a floor lamp or two would have made the space perfectly suitable, but swapping the hard daybed for a sofa would have made it 5 stars.

il posto è bello: stanze pulite e spaziose, angolo cottura con gli utensili necessari. L'accoglienza è stata molto bella e in caso di bisogno disponibile ( filo alle ora 19,00) a risolverle. Al piano terra un accogliente salottino dove si può consumare, gratuitamente, bevande calde. Un posto da consigliare e che sicuramente ci ritorneremo

Letti scomodissimi, sopratutto il divano letto. I cuscini sono scomodissimi anch’essi! Se si è sul lato strada si sente tutto!!!! Nella reception c’era una macchina del caffè gratuita, ma cge purtroppo era fuori servizio! L’acqua conviene portarsela perché il frigo self service (a pagamento) ha una capacità limitata ed io son dovuto uscire per comprare l’acqua.
