「Friendly check-in staff - very helpful and courteous. unfortunately amenities let this down. Stayed for 2 nights (3 people) but we were only provided with 2 Dolce Gusto coffee pods for the entire duration and upon asking, were told that we would not be getting anymore. 2 sachets of sugar, no milk, tea etc.
No iron in room so we asked for an iron and were told they did not have any. Breakfast was good, with the hot options being scrambled eggs and bacon (which ran out at 9am and was not...
