"First time staying here. The location is what made our experience so nice...hotel right on the water. Cool ocean breezes, waves lapping the shore. The property is a bit dated, but not important. The Shoals Restaurant is on the property, great food. Would definitely stay again!"

"It was fine. They sent a text the day before asking what time I planned to check in so they can have my room ready. and then when I came at that time to check they said oh you can’t check in that early. She says the text I got was just an AI generated text not reality. We had to leave and come back later then still made me sign up for the membership to get my room only 1 hour early unless I wanted to pay extra. They shouldn’t sent texts they can’t back up."
