"Staff was nice, however the majority of them are on the younger side and don’t really comprehend much. Rooms were clean and nice. Only real issue, is the floors are not mopped traditionally. They are cleaned with bleach. So while technically clean, don’t walk barefoot ‘cause your feet will be black on the bottom so quickly, it’s gross. Wasn’t just my room. Everyone in our group had the same issue. Outside of that, decent stay. It’s a place to sleep while visiting."

"Hotel staff are helpful but room had wall AC heating unit heat did not work, balcony light not working, bathroom shower did not drain well,. Shampoo ran out. Did not know Clock alarm was preset for 6am unexpectedly wake up alarm. Did not feel like a Sheraton hotel but felt like old run down hotel. Needs to be completely reburbished"

"Room was clean air conditioning was great. Parking was ok. My problem was I booked a two queen bed room that came with microwave and fridge. No microwave. No fridge. Only one full size bed. Staff was not helpful and rude. Said they were sold out nothing they can do."

"Really loved the location of the pierpont inn!! Clean rooms! coffee was provided and microwave in the room. Loved the breakfast! The concerns I have are: The restaurant renovations need to be sped up! I really would have loved to have dinner there! Also, as we walked to the building where the breakfast was located, there was debris all along the way... plants laying all over the walkways :( I do hope this review helps them decide that image and amenities play a role in future guests deciding to book a room here, thanks!"
