「入住时等了很久，车辆、住客都堆积在大门口，酒店大堂门口是代泊车、第一次去的话并不知情，为此等很久、一片混乱。入住后感觉员工很热情、心情稍平复」

「The Tv in the room didn’t work at all. The AC never quite got cold. Staff were super friendly. Had we been staying longer than a night we would’ve mentioned the TV and asked to switch rooms.」

「This hotel is in the perfect location, just steps from the beach, restaurants, Times Square and Margaritaville. The new resort pool is lovely, the food is great and the Tiki Bar is lively. It's definitely the place to be so come ready to party.」

「The rooms were very spacious with a kitchenette and the balcony was big enough to sit out on it to have lunch or dinner. I would highly recommend this place!」

「I was amazed on how fresh and clean the room was . I am OCD with cleanliness and I can vouch for the cleanliness of the room. Only issue was the pillows. They were too hard and we woke up with a neck ache. Besides that this is all 5 stars .」

「Their office hours end at the same time as when the check-in starts. So they left a letter on the office door with my last name on it when we arrived before dinner. Opened the envelope and got the code to open the safe next to the office door to get the keys. Opened the room only to find the bed sheets were on the floor. The restroom was a mess left by the previous guest. Looks like they were in the middle of cleaning the room and left in a hurry. Tried calling their off-hours number, but no one...

「It’s not horrible but not the best property I’ve stayed at on the island. Friendliness of staff was hit or miss. The AC in our room was very loud (like a lawn mower inside your room) and when I mentioned this upon checkout they said that “yeah that must of not been fun.” For being a somewhat newly renovated property, the mattress was horrible. I will probably stay at a different property on my next trip.」

「The inside of the apartment was clean. The bed was amazing and hot water was adequate. The price I paid was fair for the room. The only issues were that the living room is massive with only 2 uncomfortable manual recliners in the middle of the room for seating. A love seat would be ideal. And on the 2nd or 3rd day the television stopped working out of the blue. I tried to turn it on and the screen just remained black.
