The room was perfect for just my husband and myself, but with my elderly mother in a wheelchair, the bed was too high, toilet was too low and wobbled. She slept on the couch, and it was so low we had to both help her off of it. The view we had the condo was awesome except for someone in a wheelchair😔

We had a great time. The condo was clean and quiet, and right on the water! We saw dolphins from the balcony. There were plenty of restaurants within 15 minutes and 15 minutes to sanibel island!

Excellent property and our room was great. Communication with resort Harbour properties was excellent. The Marriott restaurant service was not great we waited over 30 mins for a drink. But the pools and beach were amazing.

Always beautiful units, semi secluded area yet so close to Sanibel and fort Meyers, we will be back again this was our second trip to this property just a different unit. Best sunsets even the sunset cruise sat out front for their view, we saw a manatee close to shore too. Can’t say enough good things about this place.

The room and property were beautiful. However you couldn’t not be outside past 6pm. That is definitely something that should be very transparent to the renter. Every time I have stayed in Florida it was always an ocean view beach front property. NEVER HAD THIS KIND OF EXPERIENCE, I had to run & grab something that I needed one night & the 3rd shift security guy was standing outside talking in my phone watching me the entire time. Then walks over To my car I rolled my window down a little bit and asked “can I help you” us wha I say and he got

The condo unit was very nice and comfortable. Would suggest curtains in addition to the wood blinds for those who like the room dark to sleep. Excellent email directions for self access to the unit. Heated pool and right on the beach.

Great spot to just enjoy the sound of the ocean and have a relaxing, quiet vacation. Everyone who works at the location is very helpful and friendly. If you are doing any watersports, you will need an uber or rental car to get to the Marinas. They used to have one nearby I believe but its gone due to the storms. There is a fun restaurant nearby you can walk to very easily. The beach is right outside and they have a large, clean pool. Beautiful sunsets every night and our condo had EVERYTHING we needed.

Not a Great Beach Experience

The communications and staff were excellent! My rating of 3 stars is that although the condo itself was fine, the amenities for a beach vacation were lacking. It had beautiful views, however, you would not want to swim in the bay water (hot/dirty). The pool loungers did not have umbrellas, only the dining tables. So if you wanted to spend your day at the pool or beach, you would have to be exposed to the sun. Ended up having to buy day passes at other beach resorts to have our beach experience, which was the purpose of our trip.

The staff here was more than accommodating. First vacation as a single dad wanted a clean reliable stay with the amenities. What a memorable vacation to experience a good time memories were made. Great local restaurants, Dolphins every day beautiful views. Was magical. Now was stuck in the crowd strike crash with two kids in tow. the staff here went above and beyond to make sure we were covered for an unexpected stay. Can’t describe anything other than the best service what a great experience and so grateful! The airlines should take a training course with the staff here. They nailed it. After hours and above board.
