「Nhân viên thân thiện có trách nhiệm. Cảm giác ở đây rất an toàn.

「Struttura molto piacevole, e personale cordiale gentile e ospitale. Mi sono sentito a casa!」

「The street food available nearby was excellent. More like the comfort food a mother can cook than the generic food you can find in a mall. The appartment had everything I needed to enjoy my stay. Despite the hot climate, there were 2 A/C units. The maintenance service came by every other day and helped feel more comfortable. There might be other more luxurious appartments towards the center of Hanoi, but the price and proximity to VNU Hanoi (15 min. walk) were unbeatable at Minori.」

「This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star, too bad I can’t give them a zero star. First there was no AC, tech came and couldn’t fix it and asked we used fans to cool down. 」
