"The Hotel is of an excellent standard. The staff are friendly and helpful. The day spa and onsen are one of the best in Hanoi and the rooms are modern with comfortable beds, plenty of space and good feng shui. I especially like the rooftop dining where a buffet breakfast of local and international cuisines are served. The view of old quater is dreamy abd if youre there at the right time you can hear, then see the trains come through. I would highly reccomend this hotel."

"Since, it was raining a lot in Hanoi when we arrived. We had to move to smaller room because there was a leak. The hotel is a bit old but ok and doable. Close proximity to some areas. Wish it wasn’t raining. And we could’ve enjoyed to explore the surrounding area."

"The hotel staff were welcoming and supportive. They were friendly and helpful throughout my staff no matter the time of day. I really enjoyed my room and amenities. The only draw back was a leak in g my bathroom that lasted 2.5 days to get it fixed right. Despite that I would stay there again the location was central and easy to visit local tourist sites."
