「This was not the hotel I thought it was was booking. Needless to say, I was somewhat disappointed. However, it’s quiet with no road noise or neighbors. The lady at the front desk was lovely. I upgrade to a suite with a couch and dining table, making the room quite spacious. The motel is quite dated but clean and not in disrepair. It’s a great location but no pool and no breakfast. Also, no elevator which is getting to be a problem for me, even with their lower tread height. Would I stay...

「First of all, EXPEDIA overbooked the hotel. I arrived after a 5 hour drive to find out that all of the rooms were booked. And the expedia had overbooked when the hotel had no rooms left. Luckily, the front office woman was very helpful and attentive. Though I did have to pay extra than what was originally pre planned. I am unhappy with that but the room was fine. I paid an extra hundred dollars that I really did not have room to spend.」

「Loved the Tru concept!! Nice clean rooms. Nice little added touches for traveling, like plenty of hooks in the room, nice towels, and a small shelf in the bathroom. All of the staff were super friendly! Great customer service!」
