「Le logement est d'une propreté irreprochable.Situé à deux pas du magnifique cénote Zaci et à 10 minutes à pied du centre ville.On se sent en sécurité, les lits sont très confortables, il y a également une place de parking.Les propriétaires sont adorables et donnent de precieux conseils.Très bon séjour.」

「The room was clean. The staff, who checked us in was very accommodating and friendly. Would be nice to have coffee in the lobby. No blanket on bed, just one sheet. I woke up cold. Feel there should be a blanket on the bed, not just a sheet. Otherwise, beautiful hotel. 」

「The bathroom had mold especially in the shower and drained poorly. The bed and pillows harder than I like but really everything was beautiful and clean. The pool was perfect. Would stay again!」

「This hotel stay was absolutely fantastic for us from the second we checked in until the very last moment we checked out. The room was beautiful, the hotel is decor and foliage is stunning, and the way it makes you feel like you are in an oasis was such a special treat. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.... Every part of it was perfect for us! 」

「Room was nice and clean. AC worked great, especially that it was 34C. Shower water never got hot. Breakfast was omlette (for me) and waffle for my daughter. Free tea and hot water and there is a fridge and microwave for guests to use. Pool was small but adequate for sunning and cooling off. It's a 2 minute walk to Cenote Zaci and 8 minute walk to the ADO bus station, so quite centrally located. 」

「The hotel is very centrally located...we could walk just about everywhere we wanted to go. The hotel grounds are lovely and the restaurant was delicious. The room was clean, and spacious, but it had nothing in it but the bed, a small desk and 2 nightstands. There was no table or chairs. Had we ordered room service, we would had to eat on the bed. Also, the lighting in the room was quite dim. Perhaps most irritating was the room key card. It only worked some of the time. We'd touch the key...
