「Based in a fabulous converted old house with an inner courtyard based in the centre of La Laguna within four minutes walk of the cathedral. We had originally booked Manila suite but, on reading reviews about noise (although apparently it has now been double glazed) and speaking with the property, we decided to upgrade to the Amaro Pargo suite, which was lovely and spacious and at the back of the property, with a large balcony overlooking the inner courtyard and beautiful glazed balcony...

「This was a budget booking for a hostal. Everything was adequate for the price. 」

「The staff were very nice. The bathrooms weren’t fully functioning (cold water, plugged drain, no inner shower curtain and outer curtain covered in mold). Towels were clean but noticeably old and tattered. On the fourth floor without elevator access so don’t plan on bringing any large bags. No hand towels. Overall clean.」

「We had a room with a balcony over looking the pool it was clean the bed was very comfortable but terrible pillows room was a nice size it was nice having a balcony but the noise from the traffic was loud when sitting outside the shower wasn’t great not a lot of pressure and very hard water wish I’d brought my conditioner because the water made my hair really dry pool was lovely but I can’t imagine what it would look like in the summer months because there are not enough lounger’s and the area is...

「The property was well located across from the Ramblas and down the street from the most beautiful park. The rooftop pool and sunning area gave a wonderful view of the surrounding area and mountains and water. All the staff was personable and helpful. I would definitely return to this hotel.」

「This hotel has a great location, it is small, quiet andclean, but what makes it extra special is the staff. They make sure you are enjoying your visit and go out of their way to help you. My highest recommendation.」

「No assistance w luggage until heavily prompted upon checking in. Then none at all upon checkout. Taxi called was too small even though a large one to contain wheelchair was requested from the front desk.」
