Wonderful, historic location. Apartment was spacious and clean. Contacts were friendly and always helpful. So happy we saw San Cristobal de la Laguna this way!

A really nice apartment located in the old town. Good bedroom with comfortable bed and good wardrobe space.bathroom was great, shower 10/10. The lounge area was huge, with good kitchen facilities. The only thing wrong is that the heating doesn’t come on until gone 5 so upon arrival it was off for 2 hours…it was very cold, not great at all

We liked everything except the street noise throughout the night. We played “white noise” to drown it out, but not as necessary after midnight. The location was perfect and very walkable with lots of shopping and dining opportunities throughout the evening. The neighborhood was very safe and family oriented.

Nice unique re-fitted mansion. We stayed one night, needed 2 or 3 to explore more around the area. Lady that helped us was great..needed better communication to check in and out. No office or front desk. Needed to be contacted for administration of stay other than email from nice lady.

Spacious apartment, pleasant and adequately clean. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Poor/intermittent seeming internet. Heating not very effective and the apartment was a bit cold.

This is a beautiful property with easy check-in and very pleasant indoor/outdoor spaces. Beds are very comfortable. Parking is two blocks away and stopping the car to pick up/drop off people or luggage in front of the hotel can be tricky.

Drôle d’expérience

Chambres spacieuses et propres mais vous n'y dormirez car vous serez réveillé toutes les nuits par le bruit de la rue... Pas de réception. Nous avions pris une option de paiement sur place et il a fallu que JE m'inquiète de comment nous allions régler notre réservation la veille de notre départ car nous ne croisions personne. La personne en charge me mettait la pression pour payer le jour-même avant 12h, que se serait-il passé si je n'avais pas posé la question du règlement ? Elle communiquait par Whatssap et m'a envoyé vers un lien de paiement qui n'a pas fonctionné avec la carte dont nous disposions (Amex) Elle nous a donc donné RDV avec une hôtesse qui lui a communiqué les numéros de notre carte par téléphone ! Nous nous attendions à un TPE... Une fois la manipulation effectuée par téléphones interposés, nous sommes parties. A ma grande surprise, j'ai reçu quelques minutes plus tard un message me demandant de lui communiquer le CODE CONFIDENTIEL que nous avions reçu par mail… Nous avons décidé de payer avec une autre carte via le lien de paiement initialement donné, cette fois ça a fonctionné. Lors de notre retour en France, nous avons eu le plaisir de découvrir que notre carte American Express avait été bloquée par la banque, car le paiement a été demandé trop de fois... Quand je demande à l'hôte, il me dit qu'il n'a essayé la manipulation qu'une fois, hors nous avons reçu 2 codes différents...

Suite somptueuse

Suite remarquablement décorée et très spacieuse. Trés bel hôtel particulier avec un jardin remarquable.Trés bien placé a l'entrée de la zone piétonne avec des parkings a proximité immédiate. Deux bémols : équipement de cuisine un peu succinct, et surtout suite donnant sur une rue très bruyante (en particulier dans la nuit de samedi jusqu'à 3H00 du matin) sans insonorisation. Préférez les suites sur cour ou jardin.
