Staff are friendly but little info was given at check in. Breakfast is good but it’s the same food everyday. Outdoor pool area is ok. The loungers could use a clean. Bird poop and spilled food all over them. It would be nice to have more food options for kids. "

"Old and outdated. Planned to drop luggage after a cruise before checking in but were told there was no space for our bags as front desk said luggage storage was full. We hung out by the pool until our room was ready at 3. Pool was clean but very little shade and most chairs were broken."
