"I recently stayed four nights at Nova Suite in Catania, Sicily, and overall had a very pleasant experience. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the train station and the main bus station, which made it very easy to travel around the city and take day trips. Flavia was especially helpful and went out of her way to check me in at 2:00 PM, even though the regular check-in time starts at 3:00 PM. "Friendly staff, clean, quiet and comfortable room. Location is very central to tourist attractions. There's a cafe, bar and a restaurant just a few yards away. Staff has also arranged a taxi for us going back to the airport and very responsive to queries as well. "

"This was a lovely hotel, the room was very spacious with a gorgeous high ceiling. The location was walking distance to the main sights and also Via Etnea, places to eat and supermarkets were near by. There isn't a lift in the hotel but it didn't take away how lovely the hotel was."
