「The room was clean however we were left on the street for 2 hours as the power was not on....apparently to turn on the power it was on a hall way switch outside of the apt. No one came to greet us so there was no help. A very scary experience where we felt unsafe. The room was advertised with a balcony however the balcony had wash buckets and an enormous tank...so their actually was no balcony....they upgraded us for the last two days to a new room however the company did not offer a refund for...
