「Our communication with Davide was exceptional. He responded to our messages within a minute through WhatsApp. Even though we arrived late at night on one occasion, he made the entry process easy by responding immediately upon our arrival. Although we never met in person, he was always available to help. We stayed twice, on either end of a trip to Taormina. We stayed in two different rooms. 「Beautiful spacious suite with lovely hot shower and good towels! Good breakfast served in the lovely courtyard by Matteo who was very kind and attentive - fresh croissant, fruit, muesli, yogurt, toast and great coffee! In a great location just 10 min walk to Via Etnea and the centre. As a solo traveller I felt very safe walking around and loved my brief stay in Catania. 「L'hébergement est très bien situé dans Catane. En revanche, on a regretté l'absence d'accueil physique. Et il serait préférable de ne pas proposer de petits déjeuners plutôt que: 2capsules de café, 2 mini cake de chez lidl et 2 briquettes de jus d'orange. Et un sachet de biscottes ( pas de beurre, pas de confiture...) pas de thé non plus...」

「The hairdryer caught on fire. The bed was like sleeping in a hammock. People tried coming in our room in the middle of the night because the rooms weren’t clearly marked. There were no extra pillows. The only thing I appreciated from this place was the location.」

「We performed a self check in after hours, and Christian gave us thorough instructions on how to access the room. We arrived around 1 am, and I do not recommend walking in the neighborhood at that time. The shared kitchen is fully equipped, and we were able to use the kitchen table along with other guests. We were easily able to walk into town and to the bus terminal for Taormina. The room was clean and spacious. The water was a little chilly. 」

「Check in process was simple, easy and quick. The room was clean, quiet, well kept and maintained. Management/staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast included was detailed. Everything was there; bread, coffee, little cakes, biscuits, fruits olives and more. Location was excellent. It’s close to city center within walking distance. Anyone needing a room, this is it. This establishment is highly recommended for sure.」
