「The promo picture shows a breakfast area, but in the morning the room was locked.
The room was nice and spacious, but the floor was dirty. There was a missing light bulb above the sink.
The bathroom had visible mold in the grout. The heater had been removed and not been replaced.
The towels were old and worn.
The bed was sagging in the center.
Although the AC was quiet, the fan could not be turned off (using up a lot of energy.)」
