「No one at reception to check us in, rung the number on door and phone kept cutting out and then got cut off. Didnt get a friendly feeling. Room was huge but not really luxury as advertised, very outdated, sink in bathroom needs replacing. Both me and my husband woke up with sore throats and sneezing due to dust in rafters and on ledges in room. Shower okay if you are a short person.」

「We were in Hepburn Springs to attend a concert at the hotel next door. Jordan was excellent to deal with when I needed to make some changes to the accommodation . The room was warm and spotless and had everything that we required for an echogram vernight stay.」

「Love our stay! The building itself is a beautiful historic architecture. We stayed in the Zebra room, the view was stunning overseeing the whole town. Breeze coming in from window was really nice. Fireplace and deep bathtub are also highlights of our stay. The host provided generous breakfast bits and small snacks for us in the room, it was very sweet of them! Also love the contactless check in and out, plenty of privacy for couple, We will definitely come back. 」

「I would have preferred an option to sleep on a western style bed due to my age [80 yrs] and not on a traditional floor setting otherwise my stay was a delight. 」

「The room was nice in terms of its layout and aesthetic but the fridge was humming loudly all night (I turned it down to the lowest setting but didnt help much) and there is an aircon unit or something right behind the bedroom wall when your head is while in bed. That was noisy and annoying. So I didnt really have a relaxing time, despite the environment. 」
