I would rate this zero if possible. I was made to feel so unsafe as a solo female traveller I had to leave and book a different hotel. Don’t stay here if you are a woman travelling alone.

Although the building appeared new, the architect forgot to design a bathroom big enough for the average adult. The bed was very comfortable indeed. It was also very quiet in Room #9.

On arrival we were met by,we think, the property manager who looked like he was still living in his home country. Certainly not the manager of a motel.i was shown the room, which was the original house prior to the motel being built many, many years ago and right on the main highway. He showed me around. The bedroom was the original lounge, the bathroom i didn't want to see and the kitchen was the original one of the house. I immediately told my guide i would not stay as the place had unsuitable access for my infirm wife.I would like a full refund as the Elm Motel certainly does not match its profile.

A good clean motel for an overnight stay. Happy to see a staff member on check in as the self check in screen wasn't working. A bit noisy being right on the highway, but comfy bed and hot shower were really all we were after for a 1 night stop over.
