It was great to stay at an Historic Hotel one which I know a lot about. My parents used to bring me as a child regularly to Bendigo from Melbourne and see that hotel still standing is wonderful. Everything was great and I would stay there again. Only issue is that they have charged me for accommodation? which I had already paid for through Expedia, I have taken the matter up with the hotel

Front desk staff were delightful and checkin was a breeze. We stayed in the original building and had a grand room that overlooked the park and the gorgeous visitor center building. The room was huge, the bathroom was huge and we even had a walk in closet. Beds were comfy, bathroom clean and it was surprisingly quiet. Would absolutely recommend a stay here.

Love old hotels & this did not disappoint. Despite not having all the latest amenities, it made up for it with bags of charm. So nice to be supplied with a decent serve of milk for tea or coffee. Very cosy. Would definitely stay again.
